announced that Mary Beth Blake has been promoted to President of K&G Fashion
Superstore, the Company’s discount superstore concept. She has been K&G’s
Chief Merchandising Officer since May 2008.

Commenting on Ms. Blake’s promotion, Doug Ewert, Men’s Wearhouse President
and Chief Operating Officer, said, “As expected, Mary Beth has made

Mary Beth Blake joined Men’s Wearhouse from Macy’s Midwest Division, where
she was the Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for Men’s and
Children’s. She began her career in merchandising in 1989 with May Department
Stores, Famous Barr Division, in St. Louis and successfully worked her way up
through that organization, starting as an Assistant Buyer to being appointed
Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager in September 2002.
