Since becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Tailored Brands in 2019, I have spent a lot of time engaging with the stakeholders of our Company and I am energized and inspired by the collective excitement for our future.
Expectations continue to rise among employees, consumers, investors and other stakeholders to define success beyond long-term growth and profitability. We are focused on delivering personalized products and services, seamless omnichannel experience and brands that stand for more than just price. We are also committed to social responsibility and environmental stewardship throughout our Company and are actively looking for ways to improve the sustainability of our supply chain, utilize more sustainable elements in our products and be a good citizen of our planet.

Our generous employees support each other through our Willie Lopez Foundation – an internal non-profit funded fully by employee donations and offering financial support to Tailored Brands employees and their families.
