HOUSTON, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Men’s Wearhouse (NYSE: MW) announced that it has named Diane Ridgway-Cross as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer.

Ms. Ridgway-Cross brings 17 years of experience in the retail and consumer product industries.  She joins Men’s Wearhouse from Mullen Advertising, one of the country’s leading agencies, where she directed new business growth and was the Managing Partner of Frank About Women, a leading marketing-to-women communications company in the country.

At Mullen, Ms. Ridgway-Cross provided strategic leadership for the nation’s leading off-price retailer and their 1000+ stores under the T.J.Maxx and Marshalls brands; she also led projects for brands including DSW Shoes, Hasbro Toys, Kimberly-Clark and Nestle USA.  She was instrumental in developing and nurturing the agency’s strategic leadership and creative development, and drove the production of numerous TV, radio, print, in-store and online advertising campaigns.

Ms. Ridgway-Cross is also a frequent speaker at national conferences on the topics of retail shopping mindsets and marketing-to-women, and is a Distinguished Faculty Member at the In-Store Marketing Institute.
